Issue #1: Over the last year I have continually had pain in my pelvic region with increasing pain over the last couple months. I have been seeing a chiropractor for issues with my sacrum, specifically the sacroiliac join, as it tends to turn and become locked causing terrible pain in my back, pelvis, hips and leg.
Issue #2: I also have been suffering from terrible periods that tend to be painful, heavy, and long. I have been taking Ponstel to help with the inflammation and pain and it has helped but the pain is still there.
Issue #3: The last several months I have been seeing a gastro for GI related issues. I had an upper scope and colonoscopy done that showed everything was normal. I have still been experiencing unpleasant GI side effects. I've gone through multiple trials of medications to help with the IBS but nothing has helped quite enough. I am currently taking cholestyramine powder to help reduce the bile in my digestive tract to help prevent the diarrhea I've experienced. This could be due to having my gall bladder out a year ago this November.
What we're thinking now: I finally went back and saw my OB-GYN and she is going to do an ultrasound to rule out anything pathologically going on with my reproductive organs. Next step is to do a laparoscopy to see what is going on in the inside. After that, physical therapy for the pelvic floor.
This site describes the issues and symptoms perfectly of what I am experiencing.

Next step: Ultrasound on 11/25.
