5.30-31: AF dark almost nonexistent all weekend...Very black 6.1.09: AF bright red/clotty

6.10.09: I think I O'ed on this day, IF I O'ed at all... closest to a positive OPK out of all of them, they got darker since CD9 and on 6.11.09 it was completely negative...

7.23.09: OB/GYN appointment... discussed further options, first in line a SA for DH, and then possibly an HSG.

7.27.09: Called dr for DH's SA results... everything looks good just a few things pending
7.29.09: Called again on results, no more pending, everything looks good, nurse is submitting it to Dr for him to review. Will call me with further instructions/options...
7.30.09: Dr called me, DH's SA is normal.. wants to do an HSG. Scheduled it for tomorrow morning
7.31.09: Had HSG done... both tubes completely blocked. :( Diagnosed with Tubal Factor Infertility upon Anovulatory Infertility. Next step U/S and laproscopy.
8.3.09: U/S scheduled... went good, LOTS of follicles! :) Too bad we can't/don't have a chance this month. Everything looked normal. Next step laparoscopy.
10.15.09: Laparoscopy... everything looks perfect in there! Ran dye through again and it came through. Dr said tubes are just a little "long and skinny". Waiting for post-op to discuss options.
11.13.09: Post-op with Dr.... Gave go a head to TTC, everything lookedGOOD! Going to start provera to induce AF and then Clomid 100mg
11.15-19.09: Provera- 2 pills a day for 5 days :)
12.4.09-12.8.09: Clomid cycle 2 round 1 100mg CD5-9
12.14.09: 3rd line on CBEF monitor!!! and +OPK
12.15.09: Ovulated! (Sometime between the 14th and 15th) Negative OPK in afternoon.
12.21.09: Had progesterone levels checked.... 22.11!!
12.29.09: AF arrived, took Clomid cycle 2 round 2 100mg CD3-7 (Nov-Dec: 29 days)
1.13.10: +OPK (CD16)... dr said no CD21 blood draw this month :)
1.27.10: AF arrived (Dec-Jan: 29 days). Dr said one more month on Clomid 100mg CD3-7 and if
we don't achieve pregnancy this cycle, then it's a little break and on to IUI.

4.18.11: started progesterone suppositories, 200mg @HS
4.22.11: Started spotting. Beta confirmed my hcg was below 3, progesterone was 5.3 at 18dpo/iui and after even 4 days of being on the suppositories (200mg daily).
4.23.11: Heavy flow. Miscarried/chemical pregnancy. 4wks 6days. Bled for approximately 8-9 days.
3.10.12: AF, Clomid 100mg CD3-7 3.12-3.17- Failed
